Our Background

Established in 2023, our firm was founded by a qualified professional with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Marketing) from QUT and accreditation as a Registered Tax Agent and ASIC Agent. Drawing from firsthand experience in building and managing a business—including navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic—we understand the unique pressures faced by small businesses and are committed to supporting their success.

About the Founder

As the founder of Back Office Bookkeeping & Accounting, I have more than 15 years of expertise in both bookkeeping and accounting. I am a registered Tax Agent and a small business owner, bringing firsthand knowledge of the challenges entrepreneurs face. I earned my Bachelor of Business degree from Queensland University of Technology in 2005, with a double major in Accounting and Marketing. My career began during my studies, where I worked with accounting firms and provided bookkeeping services to a wide range of industries—from trades and hospitality to manufacturing, primary production, and professional services.
